Saved me!

I went to another salon to get my hair done....it was awful! I had heard great things amount London House from my friends and when I went there (wearing a hat) they let me know that my hair would survive and I could get it looking great again before prom! My hair feels healthy now and gorgeous! Faye saved my life! Thank you thank you thank you!!! Looking forward to seeing you for my prom updo!

Perfect haircuts

I get my haircut by Ashley and Andrew, perfect cut everytime. My wife first got me to go there and now I won't go anywhere else. I highly recommend them and do to all my friends.

Great Stylists!

I had always received first class service at this salon! I have gone to many great people, such as Andrew, Ali and Denise! Each one did a consultation and listened to what I wanted! I tell all my friends.

Problems with the front desk.

I've been to the London House more than once. I always enjoy my service, but it is getting to the service that is the problem. More than once I have been ignored by the front desk while they make conversation with other clients. I get it, you want people to be friendly, but to ignore another client becasue you know the one you are helping better is rude. I have found that some of the front desk is better than others. I love going in on Thursday nights because the girl are super friendly. All in all I love the services that I get there and the staff is great. I just wish the front desk was less rude.

very bad.

I have tried a variety of services at this place and for some reason it's really varied in the quality of service I tend to recieve. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but yet again I am highly disappointed in the service recieved. They seem very friendly but it's all a front, if they mess up your service then they refuse to fix it and are very hostile about it. It's great if you're friends with someone who works there but if you're not they are very quick to dismiss you.

i have been going to the london house for awhile because i have a friend that works there.

Her name is sherri thatcher and she does a great job on facials and waxing and anything else you want.

so if you wan great service go to the london house and ask for sherri thatcher.

I have been going to London House for almost a year now. I am always treated with care from the time I walk in to the time I check out. I love Jill, she specializes in color and is amazing! The London House is clearly the best spa and salon in the area.

LOVE London House

I've been going to London House for about four years now. All of the stylists are wonderful. Andrew and Erica are superb, but my own personal favorite is Grace. She is fantastic. If you want top notch styles, and truly professional yet down to earth and friendly stylists, this is the place. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
