worst biscuits and gravy

The gravy could not have tasted more like cardboard and the bacon was so salty I could not even eat any more then one bite. If this were really located in the country and proclamed to be a "country restaurant" it would never make it.

Great Home Cooking

I love Jack's, probably the best breakfast and lunch for miles around. The service is great! If you come more than a couple of times the waitress will remember what you usually have and what you drink. The soup is great, the vegtable beef is thick with large cunks of beef and vegtables. The weekends are a little busy as is lunch time, but we have never had to wait for a table. The hambugers and dips are large and juicy. I highly recommend that you try this diamond in the rough!

My favorite Des Moines restaurant.

I've eaten at Jack's Country Restaurant 10 times since my boyfriend and I moved here last October. Not only does Jack's offer great customer service, but the food served is fresh, hot and delicious. I would rather have breakfast at Jack's than almost anywhere in the Puget Sound area.
