This was my third car buying experience and I must say that it was the best. I decided to switch my loyalty and go to an import and buy a Honda Accord. This was a great decision. I just love the way the Accord handles and smooth acceleration, plus it looks cool. The best thing that I enjoyed about Klein Honda was the fact that they listen to my wants and needs and were not pushy. They answered all my questions and I was able to buy with confidence and pride. I know that I will be returning in the near future and I have already sent my relatives their to buy their new CR-V. I truly understand their concept of "Where you're simply treated better! In addition, I have already used my free oil change (a gift you get with your car) and the same solid service is instilled in their service department. Thanks Klein Honda
Pros: They treat you with respect and listen to your wants and needs
Cons: the only con would be that they were busy, but were still able to meet all of my needs
