Highly recommend Hanson Chiropractic

i've seen chiropractors for over 25 years. Over that time I have had severe lower back pain atleast once a month. The chiropractors that I have seen all told me it would be that way for the rest of my life. Well they were wrong. After going through the "fix it" program with Dr. Hanson and Dr. Woodbury, I am happy to say I have not had lower back pain in over 10 months now. Also as a little side benefit my Blood-pressure is down 10 points. I highly recommend Hanson Chiropractic to anyone looking for a chiropractor.

Sciatic pain gone

After years of suffering with sciatic pain in my feet, legs, and buttocks, I now have no sciatic pain. I could not stand, sit, or lie down without pain, but after going through fix care with Dr. Hanson I have the relief I was only dreaming about. Previously I went to another chiropractor who told me that I had to change my profession ( a finish carpenter) to obtain relief from my pain. Dr. Hanson works with me the way I am, not asking me to change my life but just wanting to make it better.

Best care in Seattle!

Hanson Chiropractic provided a total, positive life-changing environment for my physical (and mental) health. When I first went to Dr. Hanson and his associates, I was in allot of pain. My shoulders and hips and lower back were giving me such pain that I could not jog or run anymore...I could not even throw a baseball to my son anymore. The physical degradation of my body after 25 years of occupational stressors took its toll, I thought, and I was at a point where I believed although I was in my mid-forties, I would have to suffer ailments gathered through life, like a 70-year old. Before I went to Hanson Chiropratic, I was prescribed Celebrex in large dosages, and my quality of life was either living with pain all of the time, or taking pain medication that numbed everything away, (which, in the long term, is bad for the liver and other organs). I was given x-rays and explanations of my physical status by Dr. Hanson, in a way that any layman could understand. I went through the suggested program, and my life has now changed forever. Sure - I still have a little pain every once in a great while - but it is nothing compared to what I was living through before. In a word, I am 90% better, which is a tremendous improvement! I am able to exercise now, which is very important to me. I am able to throw the ball around with my kid. These are all things I didn?t believe were possible anymore. I am very grateful for the positive, caring nature of this clinic, and for their care, concern, and friendship. Dr. Hanson, Dr. Woodbury, Dr. Comendatore, and all of the staff are very helpful and kind. They made the process as easy as possible, and were very cordial, pleasant, and positive. Going to Hanson Chiropractic was perhaps the best decision I made in 25 years. Thank you, Hanson Chiropractic!

My son Stage was 6 months old when we first saw Dr. Hanson. At the time his health was extremely poor. He was born having severe seizures and the 3 highly toxic anti seizure medications he was on were doing nothing to control his seizures. He at this point was still having up to 12 seizures per day. His body was so weak that he could barely open his eyes and ambulance rides and ER visits were not an uncommon event in our lives.

As a mother I really felt without hope. The days spent with my son were full of silence with the exception of the horrible screaming of his seizures. When I met Dr. Hanson his demeanor was quite sincere and thorough. He noticed right away that my son's neck was shifted. After the first few adjustments I really noticed a reduction in my sons seizures. He actually went a day without a seizure a couple of weeks later.

Dr. Hanson and his team at Hanson chiropractic really made me feel welcome during what was one of the lowest times in my life. The Dr.'s took the time to educate me about how neurologic function works and effects of the medication my son was taking. Their time and energy they invested really helped me to use my own judgement as a parent and ultimately I made the choice to wing my son off of his medications. Stage is now two years old and has not had a seizure since Christmas Eve of 2008. Stage has still not been diagnosed and will face many challenges through his life, but I know that he will still continue to receive top of the line care from Hanson Chiropractic. I am happy to say that Stage is now able to hold his head up, smiles, laughs and makes babbling sounds and even is eating some food by mouth.

Awesome health care

I have had scoliosis since I was a small child. I remember always having some sort of back pain. Surgery was not an option for me, so I had to live with the pain for several years. About 8 years ago, I started getting treated by chiropractors. All three that I went to claimed that they could fix my spine, but none of them were able too. It was not until I started getting treated by Dr. Hanson, and especially doing traction, that I experienced any pain relief. I have completed their fix care program and my scoliosis is now completely gone!!! Thank you, Hanson Chiropractic

Hanson Chiropractic is the best!!

I was in 2 bad car accidents within 6 months and I had severe back pain and headaches. I was going to Physical Therapy three days a week for 3 months but I did not seem to be getting much better. I finally starting getting massage at Hanson Chiropractic and the therapist introduced me to Dr Hanson. He seemed to really understand exactly what I was going through and told me that he could help me feel better. He did an exam and took some xrays. The next day I went back and he reviewed my xrays and told me exactly what the problem was. I thought I would just have to deal with my pain forever, but after my first adjustment I got so much relief. I was so excited to finally feel better. Dr Hanson told me his office is different because they have traction, and the traction can actually put my spine back to where it should be. I guess kinda like braces eventually over a little bit of time things start to move back to where its supposed to be. I did not understand at first but I trusted him because he really seemed to know what he was talking about. After about 2 weeks or so I could really feel the difference from the traction and adjustments. They also gave me some exercises to do at home but not like the exercises you do at a gym, he calls them posture exercises. He said that if I do them they will reinforce the traction that I do and help sustain my changes. I have always had bad posture so I was excited for these posture exercises. I knew for sure it all worked because they took xrays again after 9 weeks and showed me both xrays of before and after and you could see how much my neck had moved. I have never seen anything like this before. The doctors and the staff are always so nice to me and I felt like they really cared about me. Now my whole family goes there!!
