It took me 20 minutes to get someone to help me find a book I needed for class. It was worth it in the end because I saved a lot of money by buying it here than at the school bookstore. Still, time is money and I shouldn't have had to wait that long just to get someone to help me find a book! They have so many good books at fair prices.
