The staff ane not necessarily librarianish but will help you find anything, and even will check Amazon to find out an author. Take selling stuff in a little at a time to get a better price for it- they lowball large lots. And if you do sell a large lot, ask if any of it they didn't offer anything for- they'll keep it if you don't ask. Sell games to a game store and DVDs to a dvd store, though, you'll get more. But books they'll give you something, and since they're worthless reselling everywhere, you might as well go here.
