I frequent Cristiano's for lunch, both take out and eat in, and love their salads and soups in particular. The service is always excellent and portions are hearty. Pizzas are also available, but not your Pizza Hut type of churned out pizza. A great place to meet friends, or take out to eat at work or home too.

Best Salad in the World - Worst Customer Service I've ever seen

I thought it would be unfair to write about the worst Customer Service I have ever seen without first telling the readers that it's the best salad I've ever had. Their breadsticks, fresh, are to die for.

We always get our food to go.

I work at a local business and our entire staff talks about the poor customer service.

The Manager, Danielle at the Counter is incredibly rude and combative at times.

The food is a testament to why we continue to get take out. And, we never say anything because we don't want anything foreign to show up in the lettuce.

I have watched the staff answer the phone and place people on hold to avoid taking more orders while they chat with their co-workers. I just stand their thinking, "that's been me".

I have heard that the establishment is owned by a Christian couple that would be very angry if they knew their staff behaved in such a fashion. All I can say is..."Walk around the neighborhood and survey all your local businesses within a three block radius...." We will fill you in on plenty.

• Cons: worst customer service and long wait times for pick up even if you place your order in advance
