The same as the shopnsave they bought, but they raised the prices. by Gav R. at InsiderPages

In what used to be the Marysville ShopNSave, is the new Value Village. Although slightly better prices than other Value Villages, they're still way over the top of other thrift stores. They're more for, say, housewives who save money by buying a $50 costume here rather than a $100 one at the mall. They have gotten rid of the 3-color-tag system and replaced it with a one-color 50% off system. The better items are excluded and never get rotated into the % off system. The antiques are priced at antique store prices, the CDs at Used CD store prices, and even some non-antiques are way out there.
Reduced-price prom dresses, vintage pumps and an extensive home appliance section make this discount chain a popular thrift stop.
