my friend decided to take me here after she'd had a good experience here. we ended up having to sit on the couches to wait for a table, which was fine. it was a friday night so we expected it to be busy. our server was really nice and got us some beers and took our order while we waited. we waited for probably about 20 minutes before we got a table, which was expected. then things started to go a little sour. we ended up waiting for another 40 minutes before we got just one of our dishes which our server set down and quickly said 'sorry, i think your order got lost' then disappeared before we could react. we then waited another 6 minutes before my friend's food finally made it's way out at which point i had started eating since we weren't sure if she was ever going to get her food. the basil-dilla that i had was really good though. anyways, by the time we were finished we had to look for our waiter again since he didn't even stop by to see how things were or if we needed water or anything. at this point we just wanted to get out of there so we just paid the bill and left. i would have been more inclined to leave a good tip if we would have gotten something comped or even a discount on our bill for having to wait so long for our 'forgotten' order. the food was good, but i won't be back anytime soon.
