Not having been to the Three Flames Restaurant in years, we were pleasantly surprised when we dined there recently. The whole dining room has been re-done, the ceiling is gorgeous with beautiful lighting and mahogany wood. Everything looked great. But my favorite part was the halibut! The best halibut I've ever had. It was tender and moist with great flavor, and it had a delicious brown crisp to the surfaces. Topped with a heavenly Tarragon wine sauce - Yummy! Our friends had Prime Rib, Blackened Chicken, and New York Pepper Steak and everyone loved their meal.
Pros: decor, delicious food, romantic ambiance
