We had an absolute blast! We took the kids and a couple friends last weekend. A friend had an event there with a group from his work, and said he had a great time, so we went to check it out. Lasertag was great, the bowling was lots of fun--even my 5 year old and her friend could do bowling since they have these slick automatic bumpers (if you want them). I only saw a couple games out of order in the arcade. Not bad, considering how many they have. The staff seemed pretty friendly, and the place was clean. We had dinner, and it wasn't bad. Kids had pizza, I had chicken quesadillas, my wife had chicken caesar salad. To be honest, I was very surprised by the food for an arcade. It took a little while, but it was really good.
Pros: Attraction Variety, Good Food, Fun

I brought a group to Illusionz and the entire experience was horrible! One of the worst customer experiences ever! There facility is falling apart. Put-Put golf is a joke. Most the video games are out of order. You'd think, they'd work a lil harder at keeping customers. No wonder this place is a ghost town.

This place is falling apart. They have a few good video games but some of those dont even work. There put put course is a disaster carpet is torn there tees are missing. They are not assembled corectly so you might ahve a ball go off from the direction you htought it would. There games for tickets are almost all broken. There prizes you can win with tose tickets are limited. The staff there is a joke. They look like they were all told this is puretory and you can never leave. The place looks like it could be fun if the fixed it up and got some enthusastic workers.
Pros: video games
Cons: Broken games, Poor staff, drab atmospher

We took out of town guests this weekend to Illusionz. HORRIBLE is the best I can say. Rock wall, coaster, most machines did not work. Mini golf is a joke. No scorecards. Asked for pencil and paper. None in the building according to the guy who would not get off his stool to help. Nobody in snack bar and drink order was still wrong! Save your pennies and go to Tukwila instead!
Pros: no crowd, good parking
Cons: nothing worked, rude lazy service, poor facilities

Overpriced, and a grumpy staff. Customer service just didnt seem like it had any priority there.

My friends and I have been to Illusionz numerous times and think that it is one of the best places to hang out and have fun. There are soooo many fun things to do, and all of the employees are so nice and helpful. Definately a good place to go anytime, especially on nights during which they have half off prices. My siblings love having their birthday parties there. All around stupendous experience!

Finally made it over to Illusionz to catch Stefan Soule's show. He is absolutely awesome...we are lucky to have such an accomplished illusionist in our hometown area! I brought 12 people to enjoy his show, aged 8 to 52. Included were some pretty tough to please teens, ages 16, 17 and 20 (ok, not a teen). They all enjoyed it...were absolutely blown away by the professionalism of this show! If you haven't been to see Mysterian...what are you waiting for?
Pros: show-great value, easy parking, clean, modern
Cons: some games broken

How do I say so much with so little space? Overall: this place is the best! Wether you come just for the games (DDR fans abound here), or if you're the true gamer who also plays Lazer Tag and Golf, you'll love it here. A little expensive over time, though. Especially the food. But that aside, I have no problems. I'd say that this place has an edge over Gameworks.
Pros: Lots of games, Variety of activities, Overall fun
Cons: The lines, Broken games, Pricey food

Great for preteens and children, entertainment centered around video games and Virtual Relaity rides. Great Putt-putt golf course, and climbing wall.

It's a good arcade, but not great. Slightly less expensive than Gameworks but half the value. There's a much smaller selection of games, and the food is way overpriced. It's not too nice on the inside either, I felt like I was playing in a warehouse with a few fake bushes here and there for decoration. I give it a big thumbs down.
