I have never in my life seen such a bad arrangment of flowers in my lifetime!! I can't believe I spent the money on that crap!!I had always heard how great they were so I ordered a simple, elegant, Very important birthday, $75 vase arrangment, and I swear I've seen better flowers from safeway!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!

Cons: design, bad flowers, rude staff
