A big disappointment

I went there having heard great things about the menu. The food was very average, quite disappointing. There's no need to go back to this place!

We are very sorry you had to leave our restaurant with such a poor impression of our food. You mentioned that you came here because you had heard great things about the menu. We’re very proud of our menu and hear the same thing from our guests every day so we are a bit puzzled as to what may have happened in your case. Unfortunately we cannot tell from your review which items you are referring to but would like to know so we can fix any problems that may exist. In addition we would like the opportunity to invite you back. Your opinion is very important to us and don’t want to leave you with the feeling that we are not worth a return trip.
