Acorn has a funny location because it looks like a bar from the outside. We drove past it hundreds of times before we ever stopped in for beers one night. However, this is one of the best restaurants in the NW side of town. The dishes have incredible flavor and excellent presentation. It's a casual establishment where you can get a great meal for a decent price. You can also go there to watch the game and there's patio setting in the warmer months. Several times a year they have special evenings with Prix-Fixe menus. One ocassion was a martini night with a five course meal which was unbelievably good. Hooray for this wonderful local restaurant!
