I have loved coming to this salon for several years and I hesitate to write this review but considering what I have come to know and expect I think Jeremy will understand why I am writing this. I went to the new salon and while I have always been thrilled with Jeremys Haircuts and really loved the fresh new look, some important elements were missing mainly front desk professionalism. i understand the girl was very young, but when u get used to over the top attention that the last salon had you really take notice. I truly felt I was a burden to her if it werent for jeremy checking me out I thought about just leaving. She probably wouldnt have noticed cause her phone call seemed more important. Now I would never do that but I have come to expect great things from these guys and well I guess now the bar of customer service has been raised. Im sure the kinks will get worked out but dont forget, the customer is the most important person not an inconvienience. I will try one more time Jeremy cause your so great at what you do, but I hope the staff around you improves. I miss your old front desk they were truly great, everytime. I hope my next experience is what I have come to expect, except the haircut it truly lacked the professionalism and grace I know you expect.
Pros: parking easy, great location, trendy decor
Cons: front desk service virtually non existent, hard to reach anybody to schedule appts.

I was given a gift certificate from a client and called on 3 different occasions to set an appointment for myself and my daughter. The first time I was put on hold and then forgotten. I tried on two other days and my phone number was taken and I never received a call back. After the 3rd try with the rude girl on the phone I gave up and threw away the certificate. What a waste, now when I am asked by clients about good spas I send them elsewhere and tell them to stay away from this place.
Pros: None
Cons: You can't get appt booked and rude service on phone

When I came in to book an appointment, I was interrupting 2 young girls who were in deep conversation. Finally, one pulled her head up (on her time) and asked, "What can I do for you?" And not with a smile either. There does not exist a nice and welcoming reception for your services, and the front desk people are the very reflection of what you offer. Come on Jeremy, can't you find experienced and MATURE help? Your rates certainly say Professionalism, and your salon doesn't reflect this AT ALL. Too cheap to pay for good help? I just walked out. Too many other great salons.

I receive a call today from Jeremy at Jeremy Todd Spa. He was very upset about the comment that I posted before on here. We where refunded our cost of the spa from our first conversation, but he never accept responsible for his poor staff. All I got during the first call was how it was not his fault and sorry that we sat waiting for 15mins, nobody took our coats, we where never asked if we would like something to drink, that the music broke, our frozen deserts and champagne where late, we had no bath, and etc… Today during our second conversation he told me that if I do not remove my comment he will charge me for our services. During our call I had repeatedly ask him to calm down and quit yelling at me. I tried to tell him that it was not personal, but we really did have a very bad experience at his spa. It also looked like we where not the first people to have a bad time either according to other reviews. I explained that he was probably a good guy and that his staff was the problem. Every complaint that we had with the spa he told me that I was wrong or it did not happing. He was never there during our visit so I’m not sure how he knows this first hand. His staff could not even figure out what 20% off $550 was. I was told about $30/35 so I don’t know how much I would believe from them. He would not listen and just continue to tell me that I was wrong and now I’m going to get charge even though we where already refunded for our services. I could not believe I was basically getting blackmailed here from telling the truth. I would recommend to everybody that not only his staff is poor that if you express your opinion it could lead somewhere nasty or blackmail. This is supposed to be a five star spa? I wouldn’t even give it one star. These are just my opinions and maybe you will have a better time, but personally I would never go again.

My wife and I had setup a facial and massages here. I checked out the website and it looks very nice. When we got there nobody even offered us a drink or to take our coats. There was no music half the time we where there. All I could hear during my massage was the AC unit. We had champagne and deserts coming, but they where late and the deserts where frozen. They told my wife that we would have a bath together, but instead we sat in the lobby with our drinks. I don’t think that anybody knew what was going on. The place seem empty so I thought we would have been more catered to instead we where ignored. I felt out of place and ripped off at the end. Bottom line it was way over priced and the customer service was very below par. When I called in to express feeling about this event basically it was all blamed on one employee and Jeremy was very difficult to talk to. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I scheduled a facial for both my sister and I on my birthday and after we had driven all the way there, Jeremy called us 15 minutes before the appointment to say one of his therapists called in sick. He did not offer any alternate times or services for the day to accommodate us and said he would "make up for our inconvenience" - to date it has been one week and no word from them. It ruined a special day and left us both disappointed, I will never schedule an appointment with them again!

As A Style Director in Greater Seattle Metro with a Personal Care & Consulting Service-it's my position to recommend and refer. This Spa is completely overrated. It is an EGO BASED salon, period. Jeremy is hard to reach indeed, when it came to poor reception, snobbish help, & unacceptable nonprofessionalism from his employee's, through poor service. (s) I had 2. He never returned my calls, either afraid or cheap as he realized this (mine/me) and my professionals name. This spa ranks 1 with me, and I'm a favorable, savvy client for my spa business referrals. This spa doesn't by any means deserve a rank . I sent my associate in after myself and we were both amazed at how this spa DOES NOT compete with other's in Seattle Metro. I thought maybe they were having a bad day(?) Fashionista's and people who need to be pampered? Don't waste any $$ there. Pacific Northwesterners can be easily fooled I'm afraid. Keep looking and call on a beauty consultant instead. If they're great...they'll know where you can go to get what you pay for, and feel indeed pampered. The words out.

I had a practice updo, bridal updo, body polish, spray tan, skin treatment, underarm wax, brow shape, brow tint and French manicure within the week of my wedding. Jeremy did me, my mom and 2 of my bridesmaids updos. He did a great job, but he got a little behind on the last updo. Shani's French manicure was wonderful and lasted a full week! Michaela gave a great body polish that left my skin feeling great! Nancy did my brow tint and shape and my brows looked stunning at my wedding. She also did my skin treatment (facial) left left my skin in great condition and was very relaxing! It was nice to be just blocks away from the church and to be able to order some room service breakfast and mimosas during my updo.
Pros: room service, valet, location
Cons: couldn't do multiple updos at once

People ask me all the time where I get my hair done. This could be b/c they know I'm a bit of a hair snob, but it' probably b/c my hair looks amazing! I've been to so many different salons since moving to Seattle 5 years ago and I finally found a keeper with Jeremy. In fact, I feel priveledged that he has time to squeeze me in considering his high level of skill and expertise. I used to have to get my color done every 6 weeks, but it's been about 10 weeks since my last appt and it's still looking good.
Pros: extremely skilled, high quality products, customer relations, classy atmosphere
Cons: parking
