I'm baffled as to why this restaurant is voted a family friendly place when it doesn't even have kids menus. Yes, you can find something to appease most children on the adult menu (pizza, fettuccini), but the prices are 2-3 times more than what you would normally pay for a kids meal. I have not returned with my three kids for this very reason. Get with the program Cheesecake Factory! Your name sounds family friendly, you encourage families to come, but you don't offer kids menus! Make up your mind on what kind of restaurant you want to be.
Pros: beautiful decor, good cheesecake
Cons: long wait (again, not appropriate for kids!), food quality inconsistent, no kid menus!!! Ads in menu are a turn off as well.
