The macrina experience is mediocre. The food is decent, but the atmosphere is nothing to boast about. The staff are not particularly friendly or customer-service oriented. It can take forever to get a coffee or lunch. The salads are good, but they never have enough salad dressing. I know a few people who share this same sentiment, and when I mentioned something to a staff person there, they did not seem to care. I was very polite, and suggested that they provide more dressing. I guess they are happy just being mediocre, and not listening to their patron's suggestions. This place is good if you happen to be in the neighborhood, but I would not reccommend going here for a special occasion especially if it is not convenient.
