Don't get me wrong, the food here is good. I ate there for the second time this week and the manager seated us after giving us the evil-eye for bringing in our 8 month-old daughter. She is a very easy baby so we feel pretty confident dining out with her. About half way thru our meal another family came in with a very fussy little boy. After about 5 minutes of crying, the manager came up to the father who was holding the crying boy in the corner and asked them if they would like to go outside. If it was me I would have taken my child out until he was calmed down, but the fatherpolitely declined and said he would be ok in a minute when his Mother showed up. The manager came back again about 3 minutes later and told the Dad that "he has other customers....." and basically kicked them out. The Dad packed up the family while other customers were telling them it was OK and they didn't mind. Unfortunate situation but the restaurant clearly doesn't want children around.

Pros: Probably best dining in Snoqualmie area

Cons: They don't like kids.

Stopped there with friends on the way back to Seattle from Yakima after a long drive (we were all hungry and tired!). We were two couples with three children. Asked the hostess if it would be ok to bring the children in as the place seemed quiet. She said of-course. After we were seated, my two year old son was fussing and I went out to the car to fetch him some crayons and a toy to distract him. When I returned my husband was standing at the back of the restaurant (where no one was seated, in fact there were only about three tables occupied in the whole place) trying to calm my son down. As I approached him, a gray-haired man whom I assume is the owner/manager told my husband to "take it outside" as other customers were complaining. He was extremely brusque and rude. If he had approached us politely it would have been fine but his tone was simply unacceptable. We promptly left and I told him that we specifically asked if we could bring the children in and he should put up a sign if he doesn't want children in his establishment. A couple at another table were outraged on our behalf and immediately assured us they had not complained and were sorry we had to leave.

Pros: Seemed quiet

Cons: Not child friendly. Rude owner/manager.

Great people, Great Location, Average Italian. Food must be prepared way in advance of use, pasta way too soft. Great Wine/Bar, very professional staff. Food has improved over past year. Fair prices, could charge more with improved menu.

Pros: Great location, Staff

Cons: Non Italian Chef

took my girlfriend here after reading the reviews and was not disappointed. drove from federal way for 40 minutes. We went on a saturday night around 7 and was promptly seated. waitress was very attentive and offered her suggestions. started off with the bruschetta which was baked fairly nicely. my partner had the spaghetti sarcona(?) with neverending sausages and a huge portion. I had the cioppino which was loaded with mussels and clams. chocolate decadence for dessert which i almost cried when the last bite appeared. really good find for a cheap price. a full course meal for 50 dollars destroys olive garden.

Pros: great portions, cheap, snoqualmie falls

Cons: none

Dining at Robertiello's is like dining at home. The decor is warm and interesting and the service is exceptional. The three-cheese raviolli with creamy tomato sauce is so tasty! I woud recommend sharing a dish because they are filling and large! This is the perfect place to come for a casual lunch or dinner.

Pros: Superb food!

Cons: the drive (if you don't live nearby)

This place is such a charm! I have lived in Snoqulmie Ridge for almost 3 yrs. and cannot believe I didn't try this place sooner. What a find! Fabulous food - my penne with marscapone cheese/tomato sauce with prawns and vodka was simply amazing. Wonderful bruchetta, great ceasar salad and the service was amazing. I loved the atmosphere and they even made our little girl feel welcome although this really isn't a family establishment as they have no kids menu. I am so thrilled to find something so close to home. This is as good as Seattle Italian with North Bend prices!

Pros: great food, lovely atmosphere, amazing service

Cons: No eggplant parmasane

We are sending all our friends here. Romantic atmosphere, yet also good for family/friend dining. The food was amazing, the portions larger than expected and the service was fantastic - at the end of our meal, the owner came by to make sure we enjoyed everything. The price was quite low compared to restaurants of the same caliber in Seattle or Bellevue. Really can't say enough good about Robertiello's

Took the recommendation of the other two reviewers and visited this cozy little spot while staying at the nearby Salish over the weekend. The food was delicious, the staff extremely courteous and quick, and the atmosphere was just perfect for a romantic dinner for two. Would also make a great place for a rehearsal dinner or dinner party!

Pros: Ambiance, Fireplace, Courteous Staff

Cons: Bit Pricey

It takes a lot to write an online review for someplace that I simply visited for dinner. But Robertiello's is worth it. In addition to the outstanding foods, served in healthy portions, the service by our waiter, O'Ryan was spectacular. This is one of the best dining experiences that I've had in a great time. O'Ryan even recommended us to visit Nicolino in Issaquah if we wanted to dine close to home (Bellevue), but we're definitely going back to Robertiello's next time.

Pros: Food, Service, Portions

Cons: Location (North Bend)

The staff at the Salish Lodge recommeded this lovely Italian restaurant in North Bend. The portions were huge (my Linguini had 36 clams!) and the place is romantic enough for intimate dining. Prices are reasonable and plenty of street parking nearby. If you like Italian, go to Robertiello's...now!

Pros: Inexpensive, Romantic, Good parking

Cons: Far from the city, Small

Editor's Review

Sumptuous Italian fare in an elegant, yet casual atmosphere justify the drive to North Bend.  See the full editorial review.
