We just signed up and are super unhappy with them. They came out once for our "free" service and just charged us anyway, then later denied that they ever said it would be "free". We were so appalled and really wished that we had listened to the reviews from other TruGreen areas becuase there are so many dissatisfied customers. Save yourselves, don't do it!
Pros: None
Cons: Terrible company, no consistency in service, rude customer service reps.
