I live several blocks away, so I've dined her numerous times over the past two years. It's really nice to have somewhere to walk where I can split a pitcher of margaritas with some friends and nobody has to drive. The margaritas are usually great! Once or twice they've been watered down though. The previous reviews are dead on. You get your little glass of water, chips & salsa, the waitress takes your order while staring down at you like you're wasting her time and you never see her again. A busser brings out your food and you'll be really lucky if you get a refill on your chips & salsa or on your water. I have noticed if you order alcohol, you get a little more attention, but not much. The food is very tasty, not the best Mexican I've ever had, but still really good. I recommend the chicken flautas, a chimichanga or a smothered chicken burrito. I also recommend only coming to this place if you're not someone who requires refills or likes more than one serving of chips and salsa. If this place wasn't within walking distance, I probably wouldn't go out of my way to come here. ****EDIT**** 7/29/08: Things have changed since I originally posted this review. The service has VASTLY improved! We are now greeted with a smile, waters are refilled promptly, we are checked on regularly and the dining experience here is more enjoyable. I have increased my rating to 4 stars and with that, have increased my visits to Las Delicious!
Pros: Great margaritas, relaxed environment, tasty food
Cons: Water glasses too small

I tried this place last week. Good for colorado mexican standards and very tasty margaritas. I would call ahead and ask how long the wait is.

Ate dinner here last night and will not revisit. I usually overtip, having been a waitress in my youth and this is the first time I have not left a penny. The waitress could not have moved more slowly. The assistant staff had time to stand around and talk but not check on tables for more chips, salsa, water. We had to ask. Had to ask for more drinks. Had to ask for the check after an interminable wait. This spoiled the dinner, I felt like I had to work for it.

Located just blocks from my house, we've given this restaurant many chances when we're craving Mexican. Every time it's the same story...poor service. After your order is taken, you may never see the waitstaff again. Overall, the food just isn't good enough to justify the lack of attention to things like refills on drinks, delivery of the bill, etc. What a disappointment since it's so close :(
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: Service
