I just wanted to share my very good experience with beach front property management. Our home was damaged in a fire and we needed to move quickly and since we knew of a few properties that had a beach front sign, we called them. They quickly and painlessly gave us a list of available properties including houses and condos, one of which we rented for over a year. Service from beach front was like receiving the customer care at the Ritz or Four Seasons as they genuinely cared about our needs and made our renting the easiest part of the fire experience. I would recommend beach front to anyone looking to rent and when my kids move-out, I will get them a list of properties managed by beach front.

I live at the Waterfront in Redondo Beach and the management team is truly awesome! I appreciate their hard work which makes my life so much easier ;->

I live in one a good property in the cheap side of Hollywood. The rent is a great deal compared to all of the new properties in town. This one is old but kept up and is walking distance to the red line. Beach Front got rid of the last manager a couple of years ago when he slacked off on the idiot Mara Salvatruche members in the area and got someone who keeps things real quiet. They do not mess around in keeping the place safe. Me and my family are happy to live at this property.

Pros: keep the place nice

Cons: never forget to raise the rent every year

i've lived at many places around oc and they r the best at keeping the place clean. they r honest and when i lost my job they worked with me while i got back on my feet. prada pointe is a gr8 place with a gr8 manager in Esteban.

the people at beach front care about keeping me happy. when something needs fix'in they take care of it.

I recently moved to Long Beach and into an apartment managed by Beachfront Management. Some guy in the unit near me went crazy and spread his feces all over the outside of the property and inside of his own unit. The management got police involved to get help for the crazy guy but then did the amazing: THEY TOOK CARE OF ALL OF THE RESIDENTS. They game me a dinner gift card so I wouldn't have to eat in my place while they cleaned up the property. The put a resident in a hotel who lived below the guy and checked with us all to make sure we were alright. The people at Beach Front were extremely professional and compassionate in this terrible situation. They deserve to be complemented for a job well done!

I lived in one of Beach Front Property Management's communities in Costa Mesa and got tired of the drive to LA everyday so I asked the manager if they had another property closer to my work. Not only did they have a nice building just off of the freeway in Torrance but they made the transition VERY easy. They even transferred my security deposit and the new manager takes great care of the property and introduced me to the other residents at the building. I can't tell you how nice it is when a company has people who stay long term and take customer service seriously. If you come to a property with a Beach Front sign you will be in good hands (particularly in Costa Mesa and Torrance)!

Pros: They make life easier!

Cons: Should have rented closer to work in the first place...

i have been with beachfront for a year and their property was ok. we started to have critter problems at the end and that was the reason we moved. in the process i was not refunded my rental deposit. it was january when i requested my deposit back and my manager "Dalia" never dealt with it until May. i kept calling and leaving messages and she never did anything. at the end i finally talked to her manager and she tells me that the notice was turned in late and there were late payment charges for the rest of the money they owed me and what they are saying is completely false. i asked them to fax me the documents and they refused. they are the worse experience that i have had ever. i'm want to make a class action suit against them. are there others who might agree with me? email me if so. don't rent from them!!!!

Thank goodness Beach Front took over Harbor Cove because the last company was terrible. Beach Front has made all the difference and while I was looking to move, I'm now staying.

Pros: They care about the residents!

Cons: Their job isn't brain surgery even though they do it well...
