Dangerous

This gym is dirty and their training methods are dangerous. The staff is just there to hang out and do little else. The equipment both old and new is trashed - either broken or on it's way there and very dirty. Staph anyone? The personal training is not safe and is best avoided. Limited knowledge of muscle physiology leading to dangerous motions and use of weight.
Pros: low cost
Cons: low value, dangerous
