Went in to the Bellevue Circuit City to buy a monochrome printer for my Mac. Was told they didn't carry such a thing. Took all of twenty seconds to find one, a Samsung product. Saleskid said they were out of stock, would have to special order it, but it would be there in a week and they would call me. Five weeks pass, no call. I repeatedly try calling the store, but no one answers, finally try TVs and get someone. He hangs up on me. Call again, and I get passed around repeatedly until I get customer service. They locate one in Lynnwood, oops, they apparently sold it while I was on hold. Now off to Center City where I am dubious the reserved printer will actually be there. What an awful, awful experience. I never complain about service, I'm ordinarily very patient, but this store clearly does not care about you or your business. I will never shop at a Circuit City again.

I purchased an IPAQ PDA through Amazon, to be picked up at the Bellevue Circuit City. I was treated somewhat indifferently, which I interpreted to be because I hadn't purchased it directly through them. When I got it home, I found that the box had been opened and resealed. The PDA had been used, and the battery, CD, and stylus were missing. I returned it to CC, but they refused an exchange and accused me of attempting to defraud them. I spoke with the store manager, who wouldn't identify herself, and also refused to exchange it. She finally agreed only when I informed her I would be disputing the charge with my credit card company. However, she said she was exchanging it only because she couldn't prove my story wasn't true. She warned me that they were putting 'a note' in my file for future reference.

Cons: Rude, Poor Service, Unprofessional
