Harmony massage is a masterfully run privately owned business. They have graciously given me the chance to work with each of the therapists who are contracted by my insurance and without hard feelings have chosen a favorite. I love the personalized service that is given each time I go in. It begins with a warm greeting from the receptionist and goes on to a detailed check in with my therapist who takes note of my needs for that specific visit. I have never gotten a generic once over massage from any of the wonderful staff at Harmony. And just as important I am given the full 60 minutes EVERY time. I love you Harmony Massage and will continue coming back for some of your magic!
- Pros: Flexible scheduling and many massage therapists to try out.
- Cons: I haven't found anything to complain about in the last year.
Worth crossing the lake

After 4 years of frequenting Harmony I moved to the West side. I left Bothell, but not Harmony. I have always found their scheduling flexible, the staff pleasant and obliging, and the massage sublime. I recommend Kirk, the owner, who has not only a soothing manner and masterful skills, but also a fantastic musical palette that combine for a consistently wonderful massage experience. I simply won't see anyone else!
- Pros: Freindly, skilled, flexible scheduling
- Cons: Bit of a drive for West siders
Very deep, relaxing massage!

I've been going to Harmony Massage for years and have had many good experiences with them. It's a comfortable place to be and the massage therapists are top notch. I do recommend this place to anyone asking where to get a good massage.
- Pros: comfortable, friendly
- Cons: need a map the first time
Disappointing Experience - will not return to Hamony Massage
by MapleLeaf4Life at Citysearch
Given it's high ratings, I decided to try Harmony Massage instead of my usual place. I arrived 10 minutes early for my scheduled appointment, and while checking in with the front desk, the masseuse let me know that it was his last appointment of the day and that he had plans that he wanted to leave for. He also asked that I come back another day to allow him to leave early. Because I had driven all the way to Bothell for an appointment that had been scheduled in advance, I declined the reschedule. He agreed to still take the appointment, slightly reluctant, then asked me to wait in the lobby, while one of the staff went on a McDonalds run. He ate the McDonalds while I waited in the lobby. By this time, the appointment was now running 10 minutes late. The massage was slightly below above average, only lasted 45 minutes and the service was poor.
The clincher - I still paid full price for a shortened, hasty, and hassled massage. It was not the relaxing experience I was hoping for. Though the prices at Harmony Massage are relatively cheap, it still wasn't worth it given that I left more tense than when I had arrived. Next time, I'll spend the extra $20-$30 to relax.
- Pros: Price is cheap
- Cons: Poor Service, average massage, inconvenient location
Some kind of wonderful
by tiddlewinks44 at Citysearch
I just had a massage here with Dema and I couldn't be more pleased. Her pressure was great and she is extremely friendly and talkative... which I certainly don't mind. She has great deep tissue skills, far surpassing the skills of the last place I went. The reception area was a bit cramped when I arrived seeing as there were other therapists waiting for clients. The whole group was pretty talkative and I enjoyed listening to them. They seem like they have fun and I can see why my friend referred me there. I KNOW I'll be back.
- Pros: Great availability of appointment times
- Cons: a little difficult to find... give plenty of time to find the place or get GOOD directions
J. is Awesome!

I've recently been in to Harmony Massage and received the best ever massage from J. His pressure was wonderful and definitely calming. I enjoyed my experience there. I found the staff fun and friendly, definitely a group of unique individuals and I'm guessing they all have they're own massage styles. I found the availability of appointment times a great selection. I highly recommend visiting this massage clinic.
- Pros: great massage
- Cons: parking in the mid day can be tricky... give yourself plenty of time to find the place and find parking
Ugh, another light massage
by missytoe at Citysearch
When booking my appointment I was told I would be put with a therapist who does deep tissue work. However, this was NOT true. I was highly disappointed and felt like I was receiving a massage from someone who was not educated about the muscles of the body. She kept running over my spine with her elbow, which was luckily a very light elbow. The therapist also did not seem very happy about being there. All in all, I would have to say I will not be going back. It was a waste of time and money. I am surprised they were voted best massage last year.
- Pros: the sheets were clean?
- Cons: parking lot was packed full from other businesses, massage too light even after telling therapist to please go deeper
Just OK

I have visited this clinic a couple of times over the last couple of years when I was desperate for a massage. Each time I have visited I have notices new therapists, a dirtier environment, outdated and worn out treatment rooms, especially the bathrooms. If I hadn't had been desperate for a massage I would have walked out. But due to they are on the BEST of Massage place I felt the need to speak up.
This is NOT the BEST place for massag. I wish they would get more improvements and keep their therapist, I miss the one I had.
The perfect massage
by lily_marlowe at Citysearch
After years of searching, I finally found a place that offers excellent massage in a relaxing, pleasant atmosphere without all the fussy, messy aspects of a typical "spa." Harmony's massage therapists are all top-notch (my favorites are Ashleigh and J), the facility is cozy and inviting, and everyone who works there is friendly and fun. As if that weren't enough, the prices are very easy on the wallet, and with hours every day of the week, you can almost always get an appointment.
- Pros: low pressure, excellent massage, friendly staff, plenty of parking, open 7 days/week
- Cons: small-ish waiting area if you show up early
Get The Massage You Always Wanted

My affinity for deep tissue massages is a product of the 10 or so hours I spend in front of the computer everday. I've gone to about five different massage therapists and none of them seemed to really work the knots in my back. When I stumbled upon Harmony Massage in CitySearch, I figured I had nothing to lose since Harmony was so highly rated and there was a $10 off coupon (the price even without the coupon is a steal!). The receptionist (who was extremely helpful) appointed me to Jay. Needless to say, Jay was absolutely perfect! The massage was exactly what I was hoping for - very deep and very worth it! Four days later, my chiropractor said the ginormous knot on my back was virtually gone! I am definitely going back to Harmony. I finally found my massage therapist!
- Pros: Value, massage
- Cons: No spa atmosphere (doesn't matter to me but may to others)
