Dr. Buck was highly recommended by my Naturopath. I had high levels of mercury in my body and my ND said to get the mercury fillings out. Dr. Buck was very thorough and a great listener. He spent over an hour with me reviewing my concerns and symptoms. I scheduled to have the old fillings replaced with non-toxic tooth colored materials and the experience was great. Dr. Buck provided a limo for the ride to and from my appointments and i watched dvd's while in the office. The office staff were exceptional in caring for me, and i have never been so comfortable in a dental office before. I also had my bite corrected. I had been suffering from tension headaches and neck pain for years, which i thought was from work related stress. Turns out the bite was the culprit. I now have beautiful and very comfortable teeth and no headaches. No other dentist has diagnosed the connection between my bite and headaches. Dr. Buck is truly an expert and wonderful man. Now that i know what state-of-the-art, high technology dentistry is, I would never go to another dentist. There are very few dentists like Dr. Buck with his reputation in holistic dentistry. He was one of the first dentists in Seattle to quit using amalgam, and my Naturopath has referred many patients to him. He also teaches other dentists the latest technology. THANK YOU DR. BUCK FOR MY NEW LEASE ON LIFE!!

Pros: expert care; great staff; talented Dr.

Cons: higher cost, but well worth it

This dentist's office is a nightmare. Dr. Buck drilled my tooth without anything to numb it and did such a poor job that there was a hole in the top where apparently it wasn't sealed correctly. I came back 4 times to have my teeth cleaned and my tooth addressed (willing to give the place a chance to fix their work) but Dr. Buck was always out of the office and I never saw him again. They did not mention to me when I scheduled the appointments that he would not be in the office to see me, which is irritating because that's why I'm paying them so much money. It's a dentist's office, I wanted to see a dentist. The final straw was when I cancelled an appointment due to a family emergency giving over 24 hours notice, but they require 48 hours and charged me for the appointment anyway. The office staff is rude, the dentist does shoddy work, he charges far too much and this is all when he bothers to show up to work. Avoid this place at all costs

WOW!!! This was the best experience I have had at the dentist. There was no confusion with the bill and I felt that it was worth every penny. Not to mention Natalie at the front always remembers your name and is very friendly!!!! Dr. Buck has skill and confidence that made me feel at ease. I would recommend this office and the caring staff to anyone looking for a dentist.

Pros: Ambience and Attitude

Cons: no children

I first went to Dr. Buck for my TMJ symptoms, found him to be so gentle I wanted him as my general dentist. His staff is so friendly and helpfull, I actually enjoy my time at the office- The front desk gals are so knowledgeable about my insurance questions, I know I am in good hands!!

Pros: Parking on site

Cons: Seattle traffic

The office staff is terrible. When I called to make my appointment, I let the staff know I was not sure how my new PPO would work with their payment procedures. I was assured that I could sign a promissory note, file a claim with my insurance and pay the rest of my bill afterward. Once I had my X-rays and examination, an office staff member came in and explained that I must pay the full amount that day and file my claim for reimbursement later. This was a major inconvenience for me and left me ill prepared. After merely disagreeing and preparing to leave, this staff member was very rude and condescending. I would never dream of walking in again.

I was unbelieveably impressed with the organization of this office. Dr. Buck took the time to listen to my concerns and past dental nightmares with genuine concern. Dr. Buck removed all of the silver fillings in my mouth. The teeth had been bothering me for years. Now, I am happy to say that I can chew comfortably again!!!! The front desk staff was very helpful in assisting me with finances and insurance questions. I would recommend this office to anyone that has high fear after a negative dental experience!!!!!

Pros: Ambience, Receptionists

Cons: no appointments for kids

I have never had such a thorough process of examination and consultation at a dentist. Dr and Hygienist are excellent and gentle. The office uses the best technology I have seen and Dr. spent an hour with me in consultation and review of findings. I felt very well attended to and the whole office staff was very pleasant. My treatment was completed in two visits and was a great experience. Dr. showed me the results on computer and it was great! I would highly recommend Dr. Buck to friends and family.

Pros: painless, great technology, very caring attitude

Dr. Buck and the hygienist are very nice. However, the prices for the services at this dental office are unjustifiably high. One can definitely find better service for a better price in this city. The main problem I had with this office was the inefficiency of the office staff. They failed to provide me with the amount my insurance had not paid for 2.5 months but still considered my bill date to be the date that I had my service done. I was threatened with "further action" after just a short time from receiving the FIRST statement. I'm sorry, Broadway Dental Centre, but it is YOUR job to provide me with a bill in a timely manner, not mine. The staff was very unapologetic about this mishap. They are solely concerned with earning money and have no regard for the customer (aka. patient). Do NOT go to this dental office.

Pros: Nice dentist, Nice hygienist

Cons: Office staff, Unjustifiable price, Inefficient
