My hair is easy to cut---I justl ike 3 inches off the bottom. It's all one length--no layers, no bangs, nothing fancy.

My husband, as well, has very easy to maintain hair--just a little off the top and sides---nothing fancy.

We stopped at this Great Clips because we were in the neighborhood and fancied a cheap haircut. Boy, did we get cheap.

Firstly, the staff was the RUDEST I've ever encountered IN MY LIFE. The woman completely butchered my husband's hair so much that he immediately went home and SHAVED HIS HEAD because the haircut was so bad and so uncorrectable.

My haircut--well, firstly, when I sat down in the chair and told the stylist what I wanted, she said (no exaggeration), You know that will make your hair look ugly, don't you? I was completely flabbergasted. How could a straight clip across the bottom make my hair look UGLY?

I told her that I wanted my hair cut the way I wanted it cut, so she was happy to oblige and give me bangs when I didn't want them, and took off about 5 inches instead of the requested 2. At the end she said See, your hair looks ugly. I told you so

Complaints to the manager went ignored. I will NEVER visit another Great Clips EVER again, and I advise you to do the same

CONS: Awful experience, rude stylists, incompetent management
