Seattle Sports League has great management dedicated to getting people together, be it on the softball diamond or bowling alley. Although not ostensibly a "singles scene", the vast majority of people there are single, and you need not come with anyone to make new friends. Just show up! Great value for money, too. They also have a Halloween bash planned too, which should be big.

This is the coolest place to play sports in the Seattle area. And the only place to play the best Flag football. But the real fun of it is meeting all the people, and going out after the games. I was new to the area when I joined one of the individual sign-up teams, and I met 14 other people who were kind of in the same boat. We got our butt's kicked game in and game out, but our team just signed up again - this time as a whole team.
Pros: Cool people, Being outside
Cons: Hard to find fields

If your like me and your 'over' the bar scene for trying to meet new people (friends or girlfriends) you should check these guys out. The sports leagues are really laid back (no one is a superstar athlete) and they always have tons of parties and events after games.
Pros: laid back, great people, inexpensive
Cons: athleticism a plus

Seattle Sports Leagues is an excellent alternative to the cheesy pick-up bars. It's a great way to stay active and excercise plus meet other folks just like you. The league not only offers a range of sports for the athletically challenged, but they also offer social gatherings and parties. I love it!!
Pros: inexpensive, great events, variety

This operation is one of the best I have seen! Due to numerous sporting activities, there is surely something that you will find to suite you. Well run, awesome group events and an excellent staff. I suggest this as a must for all people of Seattle who love sports.
Pros: outside, price
