If anyone needs their car repaired, please do not go to this shop. They have horrible customer service and they are "LIARS!" When I dropped off my car, they said it would be done within 4 days. We are now on our 12th day and I still have no car! First they tell me that they are delayed because they have to order a part (which is b&ll sh&t because it is only a minor scratch/dent). Then, a few days later they tell me that the paint spraying machine is not working. They keep making up excuses to delay the whole process.... It does not take a genius to figure out what is going on. They put my car last on their priority list because it is a small repair. THE WHOLE REPAIR SHOULD TAKE NO LONGER THAN A FEW HOURS!!! IT HAS BEEN ALMOST TWO WEEKS AND I STILL HAVE NO CAR!!! I ask if I could pick up my car regardless of it being done, they say that the car is not in drivable condition. IT WAS A MINOR SCRATCH, HOW COULD IT NOT BE IN DRIVABLE CONDITION?!!! I'm planning on picking up my car tomorrow, whether it is done or not. If it's not done, I plan on taking it somewhere else. If you need your car repaired, please do not go to this shop....save yourself the trouble. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, DISHONESTY, AND JUST PLAIN BAD SERVICE!!!
