My Name is Mohamed Lahlou, I am the President and owner of A-1 Best Computer, I like to make it clear to our customers that some of the reviews posted in this site are not true and none of these customers is real, this is our competition trying hard to damage our reputation and turn around and write nice and sweet reviews about their recent company, we know exactly which competitor is playing this sally game that will cost them dearly. My company is taking appropriate measures in this matter and complained about this unprofessional act. This is a site where anybody can post anything without any control , no personal information are needed to post a review, not like Angie's list. We are a very well known and reputable company in Seattle; we were awarded ANGIE’S LIST SUPER AWARD for Best customer service in 2007 We are a proud member of the Greater Seattle and Lake City chambers of commerce. We are an Accredited Business with The Better Business We have 2 locations in Seattle and one coming soon in the eastside We have served more than 20.000 happy customers in the past 6 years Come and check us out your self any time and give us your feedback on your experience with our staff. I challenge any one who can come forward and claim any of the bad reviews to be his, and prove that they had a bad experience with A-1 Best Computer. I also Like to make it clear to the unprofessional competitor that’s putting these bad reviews and turning around and writing good reviews about his company that he’s been tracked and monitored and that he doesn’t have much time to hide under these “unknown users” he’s creating every time he write a bad review about us . Thank you This is for you “ Unknown user” I’m sure you will read this email in your way to write another bad review about us but I’ll tell you what, this time take the time to remove what you posted in the past and go run your business in better way if you know how.
