I can't say enough about this place. I am amazed that the rental prices are so reasonable, especially considering the gorgeous, stage quality costumes. And the staff are so knowledgable & enthusiastic that I felt like I had a personal shopper. They also have a Crossroads location with costumes you can buy, (both high quality & the cheesy ones you can find at the drugstore) accessories, prostheses, makeup, etc. Oh yes, & for a reasonable fee, experienced makeup & special effects artists who can show you how to get the look you're looking for, or even, by appointment, fix you up the day of the big event. No way am I ever going to want a costume from anywhere else since I've discovered this jewel.

Pros: Stage quality costumes; experienced & enthusiastic staff; great selection & value.

Cons: Take directions & the phone # w/you, it's a small warehouse in a lot w/same.

I was very impressed with the customer service I received at this store. My daughter has a role in the Music Man JR and I was told she needed 4 costumes. In a panic, I hit the internet and found their website. Upon walking into the store-I was greeted immediately by a friendly staff person who knew all of the parts my daughter needed costumes for. We were in and out of there in 1 hours time!!! That was 4 costumes, 4 fittings, paying and everything. I had planned to spend at least two whole days hunting for these items. Wonderful experience and I will be back and have recommended to all!

Pros: customer service, selection, individual attention

I was very pleased at the huge selection of original hand made costumes. No matter what theme you had in mind, theyve got it. The owner works very hard for your business and to make sure you are happy. I would recommend them to anyone.

They have been my saviour for costumes for a themed wedding! I couldn't have asked for a better quality, selection, price, or service! We shopped around and they are our top recommendation for our wedding guests to get all of their costuming needs at. We will never shop anywhere else!

We used to always stand in line at those "other" costume shops and had such a better time this year! It was tons of fun to try on all the different costumes and the owners were just great to us. We ended up with two weekends worth of Halloween parties and we had so much fun that we got two sets of costumes. Both times they stayed late for us and were very flexible! We will be back next year (and we may just throw a costume party in between!)

Pros: Lots of choices, Flexible Schedule, Good prices

Cons: Overwhelming

The feathers, the headdresses, the sequins, the boots, the dresses, the uniforms, the hats, the masks.... Oh my God!! this place has it all. Citysearch missed the boat by not including them as the #1 costume shop (atleast for the eastside). This place is hands down the best!!! I can't imagine shopping anywhere else after seeing their costumes and the tremendous customer service. The manager of the store is WONDERFULL!!!! We love this shop!!!

Pros: CUSTOMER SERVICE +++, Incredible dresses, MUCH BETTER PRICES

Really enjoyed this shop! Though they don't offer everything in every size, the owners helped me find some cute costumes that fit nice, looked great and should win me a contest award :-) Best to call a head as I did so they can get your sizes ready. Happy Halloween!!

The shop is located in Bellevue which for us folks on the eastside is nice. It was a little hard to find at first, but well worth the trip. They've got costumes I have never seen anywhere before. Pretty high quality stuff and the prices were fair. They need a bigger area to help customers because the place is really jam packed with stuff. I strongly recommend them, great service.

Very impressive costume selection! We were looking for some unique costumes, something that no one else would be wearing and this place definitely has it. Great customer service and attention. What a find for the Bellevue area!!!
