This was by far the worst experience we've had at steakhouses in Seattle. The service was absolutely horrible, even though the restaurant wasn't busy. (1) We had to ask for our salads and they arrived after 40 minutes. (2) We didn't get one of our side orders until we asked a different waiter for it. (3) We didn't receive one of the drinks we ordered and we had to ask for refills on water. (4) The waiter sat down at our table to complain about several staff members quitting the night before. He also blamed the issue with our side order on the kitchen staff. (5) The waiter never came to get our credit card so we finally paid cash. (6) The staff did a poor job of clearing our table between courses. (7) Food was mediocre.
