8 of my closest friends and I recently went to Bombay for my birthday. We were able to make reservations and our table was ready for us when we arrived! The inside of the restaurant was beautiful and it was very large. The wait staff was very friendly and attentive the entire evening. The menu has lots of selections but I had to go for the usual Tiki Masala. It was, unfortunately, luke-warm and average, at best. I've had better. But it was still tasty. Don't let my so-so dinner scare you. Some of my friends had a small sample platter and they LOVED it. They all raved and were so glad they ordered it. Have I emntioned the AMAZING drinks??? They have an assortment of different Mango drinks so everyone ordered something different. I had the BEST Mango Daquiri ever! Okay... I had two. :) And some of their chai tea. A little bitter for my preference, but I love sugary stuff. The best part of the evening was when the waitress brought us a free dessert for my birthday. It was some kind of Mango cheesecake and it was yummy!!!!!!!!!! I would return just to have a bunch of different Mango treats. :)
Pros: Tasty Mango Treats! Friendly service
Cons: A little on the pricey side

Just visited the Bombay Grill for the first time tonight and had a perfect evening there. My date and I both felt that the food was excellent and even though the restaurant was busy the wait staff was very attentive and were genuinely interested taking care of us. We also felt that the ambiance was just right. Not too light or dark, very clean and well maintained. We'll be back.

We're originally from Delhi and have been looking for a good North Indian restaurant for a while - and we've found what we've been looking for! Great place, very warm and welcoming staff - the owner takes a lot of personal interest in making sure our experience is a great one -every time. The food is great - the naans and rotis - just like you'd get in Delhi!! Highly recommended!

Great food. I have been coming here for years. The tandori chicken and chicken tikamasala are delicious.
Pros: Great food
Cons: Parking can sometimes be tight, but they do have free parking

I went there on my Birthday with my wife. It's a very nice cozy place. The food was awesome. Get the Thali dinner, they have put in every Indian variety possible inside the Thali. The owner Rajan came and introduced himself and chatted for sometime. He gave us complimentary home made parathas, which literally melt in your mouth. My wife ordered the Himalayan korma, which was also very nice. At the end when we were about to leave the owner came out singing Happy birthday with Mango ice-cream (kulfi) complimentary with a candle, since my wife mentioned earlier about my birthday. The ice cream was really good, too bad we could not finish it as we were full. Highly recommended, great food with excellent corteous service.

Went to Bombay Grill recently, and I thought the food was decent, but nothing spectacular. The chicken dish that I had was mostly, but not all, white meat. The tastes were spicy but a bit bland.

Tried the place. It was mediocre. That is to say, less than I could cook on my own. For value? Definitely not. Maybe if they delivered but even then, this place's flavors just didn't suit me at all. Spices did not seem fresh. My girlfriend got korma. Had a taste of dehydrated onions remixed into the sauce at too high of a concentration. The pakoras were very starchy. Lots of chick pea flour. Tasted more like falafel w/ curry powder. The paneer tika masala was ordered 5 out of 6 on a scale of spicyness. I would rate it a 3. Spices seemed somewhat underpronounced. Could taste a bit too much yogurt. Too acidic. We found both of the food mostly bland. If you like Cedars (right next door too Bombay Grill) you'll probably find the food comparable.
Pros: Parking is convenient
Cons: Spices aren't fresh enough

I went on a date here and was very impressed. They have a large menu and everything we ordered was very good. The place is romantic, sorta, it's not really romantic but will do. the prices are about average, and they have a good selection of wine and beer. Check it out.
Pros: Excellent for and price
Cons: little slow to give you the check

This place is fantastic! In the last 2 years I have been to this place more times than I can count. The food is wonderful and the service attentive. Frankly, after reading some of the reviews that were negative, I wondered if these folks were talking about the same restaurant! Try the Weekend Brunch Buffet. LOTS of choices all expertly prepared. Great Naan!
Pros: Buffet, Cost, Choices
Cons: Not near me....
