i got no problem with the staff at the door when i paid, and handling shoes, but i do have problem with the system work of checking in and out everytime i enter and get out of the ice-skate area. They should check once, they should do something about that (make us look like we ran in for free), which is hell no way we can pass the check in(paid) at the door, and won't have skate shoes to play DUH!!!! also, the this also my first time at this place with school, and the play skate area, i give it a thumb down, because it's so not smooth and clean , I mean AT ALL TIME, even they clean already, and it WET after they clean... Dangerous place to "enjoy". NOTED again, i have no problem with the staffs.
Cons: ICE ARE NOT SMOOTH, PARKING (NOT ENOUGH< WEIRD PARK< CONFUSE AREA

I took my son to this rink so he could practice his skating, as he is a begginer. First off the rink has no ammenities for begging skaters, and my son had a frustrating horrible time. Then while leaving I suggested to a staff member that they might consider providing for those just learning, to which I was sneered at and had a broom thrown at me will he turned and walked away. No big deal, my son and I will simply go elsewhere to skate. I would suggest others do the same.
