Most authentic dim sum in Seattle so far...

After moving up to Seattle from the Bay Area, we've been on a constant search for the same, authentic Cantonese food we had there. Top Gun is the one restaurant that sates our craving for dim sum. They do the basics correctly and in a nice atmosphere. Service is also attentive as well. While food is not quite up to SF or Vancouver, BC standards, it fits the bill when we have the cravings. Parking is a bit limited, though so get there early!
