Would not recommed this company. Live in Federal Way and was patient with them, gave them 3 chances to fix the same problem with my furnace. Symptoms were always the same but they gave different diagnosis each time and charged me for service. Receptionist, who says her husband is owner always became defensive when asked questions about the service. She didn't seem to have service records or did not want to spend the time to look fofr them to answer questions completely. Believe she also has a son, odd sounding name, Kert -0n?, who she also makes excuses for. I will not use them again and recommed that you look elsewhere for service on your furnace.

Had a appointment scheduled that was cancel 1 hour before arrival No return phone calls (6 of them to be exact) One service offered at a certain rate, then the rate was not going to be given and then just canceled the service altogether. After they said would not provide service to me. (Went back on their WORD, this means everything to a small business) Office manager called me back and harassed me after I wanted to speak to the manager (she said he would do nothing as it is her husband, no customer satisfaction)

Cons: Customer service, their Word
