Great Gyros! And the Baklava is 2die4! It's easy to miss as it's a small place, but be sure to check it out next time you're in RTC.

Went there for dinner (6:15pm) last night. Only positive was two gyros cost $14 so wasn't out much money for very disappointing meal. The woman who took our order was very nice but the person making the order was new and had no idea how to make them, he kept looking at the menu. The gyros were VERY skimpy but the downsides; Gyro meat tasted like it was leftover from lunch, it was dry and brittle with no flavor. We watched them make our meal and it appeared the meat came out of a warmer, not sliced fresh. The tomatoes were mushy (I know can't always be helped) and taztiki (sp) sauce was watery and bland. I just couldn't believe how a gyro could have absolutley no taste and such awful meat. In the end I felt like I was eating a Steak-Um, you know from the frozen food section at Safeway. At peak dinner time the food should have been fresh. Had I been there 5 minutes before closing I would have expected dry, flavorless meat. A plus is we had the order to-go and they wrapped them tight to stay warm and gave plenty of napkins and cups for water. But that is not enough to make up for a terrible tasting sandwich.
Pros: Cheap food, plenty of seating
Cons: Awful food, dirty tables

Wonderful food served in large quantities. The ambience is sorely lacking, much like a school cafeteria...cold gray floor, long metal/formica tables & chairs, bus & set your own table...generally unpleasant. With a little remodeling & reworking of service, this would be a 1st rate restaurant. As is, it's great for takeout!
Pros: fabulous food
Cons: facility, service

This is a wonderful place with tasty Turkish food. It is nice that people have the chance to try Turkish food instead of the usual Greek places that we find in this area. They also have tourist brochures for those who are interested in Turkey. The staff is friendly and are wonderful cooks. I highly recommend this eatery.
Pros: friendly atmosphere, nice decorations, tasty food
Cons: service a bit slow

Desert lovers should try their baklava; forget about diet, this stuff is awesome! Meat lovers should try their specialty gyros; I bet you'll go there again for it! Vegetable lowers should try their zucchini stuff; perfect! In overall, great Turkish-Mediterranean food.

It's a great place to go for a quick, healthy, and simple lunch and dinner. The owners and the staff are very friendly and make you feel at home (you just don't have to do the dishes afterwards). Their gyros are to die for! Parking is easy, there's a constant flow of people coming in and leaving. I am glad that I found the place.

Finally, _real_ Döner (Gyros) kebabs from a rotating spit - none of those prefab pressed meat monstrosities here! The köfte (meatballs) are great, too. Meat is clearly the focus here, but vegetarians have nothing to fear. Most of the (homemade) appetizers are suitable and they're all delicious. If this were my place, I'd add a vegetarian plate, a children's special and a few more desserts. And I'd garnish with Turkish olives.
Pros: Food
