I have pretty difficult hair to deal with. It's thick and frizzy, and I've NEVER been able to find a hairsylist who knew how to tame this beast! But I found exactly what I was looking for at Salon Melini. The service is great, but they get pretty busy so you have to book fast. The staff are among the nicest people and are gentle with your hair, so you won't get the stylist who combs out your ear. Don't lie, you've had that happy to you as you sit in fright not knowing if they were going to catch your ear with the scissors this time. The stylists are very knowledgeable and helped pick out products that really helped tame my hair and I still use the same ones till this day. The prices are anywhere from $30-$80+ depending on what you want to do.

I LOVE SALON MELINI

I went to Salon Melini for the first time in May 2009 and Laura H. did my hair and she did it so perfect I couldn't of asked for more! Everyone at Salon Melini are nice, knowledgeable, and very sociable. There prices are very reasonable and I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone!!!! Thanks Laura H.

would never go anywhere else

i followed Danyell from 3 different salons. me , my mom and my 2 sisters. she's the bomb and super fast u can get foiled under an hour and a half. mistie is my girl now, she's fun and the color is bomb. my other sister loves lindsey, she takes like 3 hours tho-cuz she's a perfectionist, so i dont go to her. i get too antsy. but i love salon melini and i try to get others to go but they're just too stupid to go get done by good people, very irritating.

• Pros: hours, mistie will work til like 9pm on a friday nite
• Cons: none really

Best Hair, Best Eyebrows

The independent beauty specialist at Salon Melini work together as one fluid machine to make sure that all your beauty needs are met exactly the way that you want them. Lindsey must be the best hair stylist on the south end, and has a gift with coloring hair to make it look anyway you want. She has mastered the skill of the 'natural' color which is what I prefer.

Goddess of Hair Art...

I have been going to hair stylist Mistie since 1999 and have literally been getting compliments on my haircut & color by friends & complete strangers ever since!!! I get stopped in stores or at work at least once a month by people asking for my stylist's contact information. Mistie listens to what you want and she makes it happen! She is always up to date on all of the latest styles and trends...thanks for making my hair look good! I truly enjoy going to Mistie's each and every time as it is always an enjoyable experience! I have never had any complaints with her or her services...this lady loves what she does for a living and it shows! I highly recommend Mistie & Salon Melini!!!
