They were prompt, and cost half of everyone else, for a family of 8, it sure helped. We used them before and after our cruise and would use them again.(NOT our first cruise)

Not the best service I have had. I travel often to Seattle but this last time was no picnic. The dark haired gentleman with the goatee was rude. I will not use them again. We paid a lot of money to use the service only to be treated with disrespect by the luggage handler.

use them on a regular basis especially during cruse ship season to terminal absolutely love them ....

We enlisted the services of Seattle Shuttle recently, for 2 separate trips, and found them to be very prompt, courteous and friendly. When returning from our trip, we contacted them and they picked us up in 10 minutes! We highly recommend them.
