I made reservations several weeks ago for 6 people to celebrate Mother's Day. I called back May 8th at 7:30 pm to confirm reservations an add an extra person. The host who answered the phone was plain nasty and rude with absolutely no reason to behave this way. I was so taken aback (I have never had this kind of experience before) that I had to hang up because he was getting nastier by the minute. I made reservations elsewhere afraid that if the host tretaed me this way I could not take a chance and bring my family to an unfriendly environment or to a place in which they could be embarrased.
