Stacey is absolutely AMAZING!!! The atmosphere is warm and inviting and you will get exactly what you ask for and it will look twice as good as you thought!

Everyone who works there is friendly and caring!

Once you go there, you will not go anywhere else for your hair needs!

Let me first start off with how unbelievable the wait time there was.... with an appointment. Most definately NOT walk in welcome... so if for some reason after reading this review you still wish to throw away your money... make sure to make an appointment first. I went in to get a trim and my hair chemically straighten, A proccess in which i have A. done many times and B. without any problem. Stacey likes to sell name brand products in the lobby ( if you can even call it that, that is )and use no name crummy products during the actual process. She washed my hair with some off brand shampoo that while it smelled fairly pleasant, only dried out my hair before the process. Again she used some no name straightening product on my hair that didnt take the curl out... only made it frizz. Now to stacys defense she did offer to "try it again" in a week. for free. So a week later i again to time out of my busy schedule to rid myself of the birds nest she had previously made of my head. and again,,,, i left diappionted. If you want a great hair cut a beautiful style, updo , or anything I Highly HIGHLY HIGHLY reccommend shears in beltown! I have now been going thre for a while and love it, they are who fixed my hair in the end! hope this helps!

• Cons: you have to go into the pizza place with horrible hair
