I had a Seattle ticket that went to them and recently claimed bankruptcy. I called them to find out the amount I owed them and while waiting on hold I heard of a license reinstatement program. When the rep answered, she asked me a ton of verification questions, and when she got to my employer's info I said simply "No. I refuse to give that info." She was extremely short and quickly said I wasn't eligible for the program and when I asked about installment payments she just said "We don't do installments." It was pointless talking to her so I said ok and goodbye. They aren't going to tell me that they aren't taking installments because if they want the money they have to take it how I give it, plain and simple.

This companies inability to show any civility at all must be its morning meeting battle cry. They took lesons from Scrooge before his ephinay! They do nothing to inform legally what they are doing or why they are doing what they do. They seem to be above the law and actuually must be a nightmare for their clients who get a lot of bad press because of thier business practices. They are so big they must think that there is no court or law that they must answer too. I can assure them that they will reap what they sow and their crop isn't going to be very enjoyable. Don't give in! They only understand a fighting spirt

Pros: not anything

Cons: jack the ripper would be a better associate

I agree with the other two comments regarding their rudeness and how they want it all or nothing. They tell me that they will not do payments and are very pushy. However, I explained to them that I am also trying to pay two other creditors so if they want payment from me, I am willing to offer them a higher payment than the other two; however, I cannot pay in full....thus, take it or leave it was their only option. So I am making six payments to pay them off. Don't let them call the shots, it is your money and just pay what you can to get it paid off! Good luck!

Pros: None

Cons: Everything

I am currently having the same experience with my husbands account. We have moved and I haven't told them any of my information. What kind of company wants all or nothing? I wonder if they get anybody to pay for it all in one go at it... You should be able to make payments on such problems, even the government takes payments!!!

Pros: nothing

Cons: rude, unrealistic, heartless

Took me to court because Coupeville hospital charged me $1600.00 to sit and get cat scans and x-rays just so I could get a $70.00 prescription. I asked repeatedly for costs before services but the doctor couldn't give the prices and thought I must have the x-rays and cat scans. I couldn't pay - I owed, although the price was unfair. Allied Credit Comany got the collection account. I begged to work with them but they wouldn't. They wanted it all or nothing - they wouldn't take partial payments and wanted to take my house and everything in it. They never did but they have made my life hell in a very low in point in it. If you have to work with these people ...fight them all the way, fight in court, fight back with anything you have or can obtain!

Pros: None

Cons: Very rude on the phone. Unmoving. Uncaring.
