Not sure what the bad reviews were about, I disagree with them, they have no bad record, I checked with the state and none of its true. My daughter has attended since she was two and has had the same teacher since she started (Shes now 5). I have seen little staff leave this place since we started. The staff are warm and friendly, its very clean, has an outstanding playground, and an educational program. The price is good for the area. My daughter loves it there. The teachers are really caring and fun.We may be moving soon and have not found care comparable to the care and facility we receive at Bright Star. The director is awesome, the teachers are very friendly and very dedicated to making the center a educational yet loving place for children and parents. You wont be dissapointed its a great center!

This center is not fit for childcare. CPS has been called numerous times - check it out, it's public record, Some of the complaints were dismissed but remember CPS and DSHS have been responsible for various issues including the death of children because they dismissed claims. The problem is they tell the provider when they are coming so the center "cleans up their act" for that time period then they go back to normal. There have been plently of parental alligations against this center - I would look elsewhere!

this day care is more interested in your payments being on time than they are the safety of your children. there have been many safety issues in the last month that have been passed on and not taken care of. management is lacking in parent communication skills and children's welfare. i would not recommend this day care for anything except pet care.

Recently this place has taken a 360 in great care, once a wonderful, educational, safe place to have your child, now a disaster. Many safety concerns have arisen. The center has been reported to CPS at least 4 times in the just the past month. Teacher turnover is terrible. When new teachers arrive, they're not introduced to parents. They don't follow their pick up policy if a parent arranges for someone else to pick up, they don't ID the person at all. Please think twice about placing your child here. 9 families have pulled thier child in the last month.

My child transfered from a home daycare, and I thought the transition would be difficult, but it wasnt- they are so nice, the activities they plan for the children are fun but educational. My son has gone there for 3 years.Its clean and bright, the toys are great and the play ground is fantastic. I have recommended it to all of my co-workers
