Good Cut & Color, Loud Music, Expensive

I got a good cut and good color. But too expensive. My appointment started 20 minutes late and then went for 2 hours, as they had 'run out of their normal bleach' and had to use something else, which resulted in a double process. My stylist was friendly enough. I can see how other reviewers felt that the stylists seem into themselves. Also, the loud music is too much. It is really loud. I think it would be nicer if they turned the music down a little.
Pros: Good cut, nice color
Cons: expensive, loud music, appts run late
