Nate was my stylist and he gave me an excellent haircut and helped me style a new beard. Somethings should not be rushed and It was great to get a full service haircut that included shampoo. They even offered me coffee or an assortment of tea. I had Tea. Thanks Nate and Benedettos!

I love my haircut. It's more expensive than what I'm used to--I'm a Supercut's girl--but it was worth every penny. Gerardo did an excellent job! I can't stop touching my hair because it feels so healthy... I told him that I wanted to keep my hair long, but he could do whatever he wanted to my bangs, layers, etc. He made very helpful suggestions and now I have a better idea of what works with my face shape. The cut seems pretty easy to maintain on a daily basis....I love it!

This place is great! There's a certain buzz to it that requires some patience BUT once your in that chair or laying down on that massage table, it's a dream. Jasmine did my haircut and I've become her walking ad. Everywhere I go - school, work, yoga, coffeeshop - people asked me where and who! She made me feel like she's been doing my hair for years and knew exactly what I wanted (It was my first visit). Small, friendly, honest, lots of good advice, wonderful professional products. One disclaimer, don't wear too many layers, it gets a bit warm. Enjoy!

Pros: friendly, warm and professional, fun, patient, great products, quick booking appointments

Cons: it can get quite toasty. minimal parking

The people there are so cool! You could make a cartoon of them and it would be fabulous! I went in for a haircut and wax and by the time I left they were helping me to arrange for a new place to live and looking for a girlfriend for me! Hilarious! Geehei was great. First time waxing and I was very pleased with the results. Great value.

Pros: Awesome people, International trainin, Great value

Cons: Street Parking, No native english

I have been getting my hair done here for about a year now from Jason. Being a model means you always have to have a new look and Jason can make someones look change to a point where you wonder if theres anything he can't do! The color he does is amazing and perfect! So much depth in my color and I never seem to get damaged hair like my last stylest. I get my nails and waxing done from Gehee and she never lets you walk out until you look perfect. The salon itself has an atmosphere that makes you feel like you are in Italy and being treated like you are an honored guest. I could never see myself going to another salon ever!

Hello everyone..I have been going to Geehei for over 10 years, and she is the absolute best!!! She is very warm, friendly, professional, and always does a fabulous job with all of the services I get from her as well as the other stylists I see there, such as Gerardo and Jason. She always fits me into her busy schedule, and gives me the best bikini wax, and pedicures I have ever had!! I recently went to her and got a facial added on to my regular services and my skin is absolutely beautiful and radiant!!! I want to HIGHLY recommend GeehHei to anyone who wants the best service in downtown. Thank you!!!

I have had facials, manicures and pedicures all over the world, and Geehei at Benedetto in Seattle is the best. She is an artist, and I am happy to refer clients to her. If you really want to pamper yourself, book services with Geehei.

I went in for a simple leg waxing, which I've been doing for over 10 years, and left very unhappy. She used a metal spatula to spread the wax, which got increasingly hot as the service went on. At one point she even set the hot spatula on my other leg! Once she was done waxing my legs, she decided my brows needed to be done and she proceeded to wax them without asking me first! The staff that greeted me was very courteous and friendly. I would go back for hair services, but I would never go there for waxing again.

While at first I thought this salon was great, about a week later my hair started to fall out. i don't think it gets much worse than that. I got the chemical hair straightening, and I asked the stylist if it would be okay on my highlighted hair, and he assured me it would be. I had to come in twice because he didn't leave it on long enough. Luckily, my highlights were in small sections, but all of those sections broke off completely. Be very careful

Cons: $800 for the treatment, and my hair fell out!

This salon fit me into their schedule without a problem when other salons requested that I wait 3 weeks. I called earlier today and requested to be seen, and voila, I was. They also had no problem accomodating my request for a spa pedicure and french pedicure. The beauty specialist, Misako, spent an hour and a half on my feet and they are wonderful! The spa pedicure included a knee to foot japanese massage along with the hydrotherapy and polish. This was a pleasant experience and a clean, southern european atmosphere. The space is set up as a small salon, but has a services room complete with a huge, padded pedicure and massage table/chair. All of the observed devices were clean and sanitary. If you are in the mood for personal attention, personal accomodations, and a thorough job along with reasonable prices, this hidden treasure may be for you.

Pros: Staff, Value, Personal Attention
