Amy German is without a doubt the sexiest bartender alive today. She looks great, is utterly charming, serves the punters promptly with a smile and just oozes sexiness. I'm from London and met Amy a mere twice in The West End, Roatan, Honduras, in '99. So what do I know? Well, I know for one thing that I'd not hesitate to visit this here bar for a dose of possibly the coolest vibration around were I ever in Seattle. Yet if Amy wasn't there, I'd be gutted.
