In my 15 years of working in the luxury hotel industry, I have had the pleasure of working with several amazing vendors. The Starbright Floral team more than meets that description, it surpasses it! They are always attentive to the needs and demands of there clients. They produce stunning customized floral arrangements & corporate gift baskets. I am an employee of the Ronald McDonald House of New York City, and I depend on Starbright to bring a smile to my childrens faces, and that they do. Thank you so much for your contribution to the kids of the house, when their birthdays roll around and we come to you for your gifts you never let us down. Our childrens eyes light up when they see their gift. It can be a teddy with a balloon or a floral arangement either way they are loving it. Starbright you are one of our favorite contributors and I mean it from the bottom of my heart. Not only from me and the house but from the kids we want to Thank you for always being there when needed.

I've used this place a few times in the last 2 weeks. Ask for Macenzie if you call and she will assure your order is taken care of.

I use Starbright Florals for corporate purposes but love them so much I will use them in the future for personal reasons as well. Mackensie is wonderful. She is patient, knowledgable and extremely helpful. And everyone else I've worked with has also been very kind. GREAT customer service. They are able to produce the most beatiful arrangements at any budget. If you don't give this place a try-it;s your loss!!

First time using them -- will definitely be a return customer. Customer service friendly and attentive; fast delivery, beautiful flowers and arrangement. Went the extra mile to make everything right. Highly recommended.

I live in CA and needed flowers for two business associates in NYC. Because of the positive CitySearch reviews, I ordered flowers online from Starbright. When a question arose about the order, I was immediately contacted by Mackenzie Keyser-Baker, Director of Starbright's Client Services. The order was filled, flowers delivered, and my associates said the flowers were beautiful. Would I order from Starbright again? Absolutely. *Suggestion - for NYC, order directly from Starbright; there's no need to go through Teleflora to request Starbright to fill the order. This way you know all charges upfront, including delivery, and are assured that Starbright will fill the order.

Pros: Fast, excellent service; beautiful flowers; fair delivery charges

I used to order flowers from 1-800-flowers or a local florist til I saw reviews about this place. I first placed an order on Valentine's Day 2008. The flowers I had ordered must have gotten mixed up with another order so the right ones werent delivered but as soon as I called in about it, I was given credit back. Talk about great service! I had ordered these while I was out of the country for work and I was directed to Nic, the owner. And literally- he took care of it right away and made sure I was happy. He was even nice enough to give me another set of flowers for the future and he came through on his word. The flowers are high quality and honestly, its hard to come by businesses who really make sure their customers are happy these days and Nic REALLY makes sure you are more than satisfied. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends! I am only taking the time to write this cause thats how happy I am with them!

Pros: high quality, great selection, AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE

Cons: first time there was a mixup but it was valentines day so totally understandable

I was looking for a florist to deliver a custom arrangement with very little notice and saw all of the great reviews for Starbright here on Citysearch. Although their store was a little hard to find in person (it's on the second floor) the staff was very helpful and managed to create the perfect arrangement for my needs. The flowers arrived on time, beautifully arranged, and looking very fresh. They were also able to stay within my budget. I will definitely use them again in the future, and recommend them to anyone who will listen.

Pros: Custom arrangements, great quality

Cons: 2nd floor store a little hard to find

I work near by so I come to see Nic almost every week, when I come I ask him to surprise me with a new arrangement. He will listen to you and give you exactly what you want and the result is the most gorgeous I have ever seen.

Nic and his staff provided flowers for my wedding. I had a tight budget, but Nic understood my constraints and made some truly wonderful recommendations, came in under budget and treated me with the same level of service as someone who had a much larger budget.
