This place has lots of equipment, friendly staff when you walk through the door. Love the FREE Personal Training session that I get with my membership each month. My wife loves the womens center upstairs and the free weight room is very large compared to other facilitys that I have belonged to. The wrestling clincs that they put on for my younger sons is great and taught by the owner himself, which I think says alot about them. It is just an overall great atmosphere to be in. I would recomend to my family and friends.

Pros: 24 hours, low prices, private womens center, 2 locations now

Huge facility, A lot of epuipment, Great Personal Training Dept. Friendly Staff Very Knowlegeable, Private womens area for my wife, She Loves the Tanning Beds and the In house Chiropractic Service and Massage area.

Pros: Private womens center, Knowlegable Personal Trainers

Cons: none at all

I have no idea what gym he was in, but I have something to say about it! I am thankful that we have such a huge place to work out in. My wife feels very comfortable in the womens area upstairs, it has all of the same stuff up stairs as down stairs for her to get a good work out WITHOUT being on display. We have been members her for about 6 months and are very happy with the gym that we pay a LOW monthly due for. The staff is very friendly and very helpful and the once a month work out with a personal trainer is great, they want to see you get the results that you are looking for with no added cost. As for the Hair Salon, there has to be a million places for someone to get there hair cut in town, our gym membership doesn't say anything about "Hair Salon Included with membership" Give it a rest! I like that fact that they are expanding the area for Massage Therapy and Chiropractic services. They want you to be healthy in all aspects of your life, the last time I checked a hair cut had nothing to do with HEALTH! This is truly a remarkable place and I am glad that the Owner himself is into sports and fitness just like the rest of us. It is cool to see him out on the floor with all of us working up a sweat, not just sitting back in an office somewhere not caring about him or his members like in some places that my wife and I have been members to in the past. I encourage anyone to come in and experience this place for yourself. You wont be dissapointed!

I have been a member here for many years and have recently taken advantage of the 90 day weight loss contest. I work out in the private womens center upstairs and have lost 17lbs in the first 45 days of the contest. I work with my trainer on my free session once a month and have gotten great results. I really enjoy the private womens center because i have some weight to lose and love the upstairs area. They have all the same equipment upstairs and downstairs in the main area so it works out great!! I would highly recommend getting involved the next contest they have!

Lets see what else? I purchased a subscription for my wife to this gyms boot camp at $90 a month only to see it advertised for half the cost on their web site (check online, its been 9 months or so but I bet its still there). Wait, the hits keep coming, they recently removed the salon where I had been getting my hair cut since they opened. While the salon was open the gym management would often remove the seats from the salon's lobby so there was no where to sit while waiting for an appointment. In the summer, that same area would have a temperature of more than 85 degrees (yeah, I took a temperature reading, I just had to know). Hey, do you like wrestling?? Holy cow, if you do this is the place for you! They love wrestling at this gym, I guess one of the owners used to be a pretty big name n the sport. That’s cool, I used to be pretty good at air hockey but there are still no tables at the gym. Seriously, the gym would sometimes close so they could have wrestling events that they sold tickets to. I don't care about that so much except that I HAD PURCHASED THE RIGHT TO USE THE GYM 24/7 365 days a year. Not to worry though, they changed that recently and now they are not open 24/7 anymore. No warning, just a quick change, of course I'm still spending the same amount of money. Oh, I can't end this review without at least thanking the staff from placing all the women who go to the gym on display on the second floor. The genius who designed this place designed it with the idea that women want their own 'private' space to work out in. Of course they put it right above the other areas so all the men could just gaze right up at the women. Honestly, my ex-girlfriend and my new wife have both commented about how uncomfortable that makes them. Nothing like putting sweaty women on display, so they can glisten in all their glory for us men, thanks Vision Quest! to be continued...

Great customer service, very professional, Knowlegable Personal Trainers, Very affordable Huge facility! would recommend to anyone of my friends or family. Good location. Open 24 hours.

I just wanted to let you know as a new member of Vision Quest that I would highly recomend this gym to anyone and everyone I talk to. They are very friendly, and know what it takes to get the results that I want. I have the faith and confidence in the Persoanl Training staff that they will help me achieve the results that I am looking for. After having a desk job for so long, I finally realize that I needed some motivation in my life to get healthy and back in shape. Vision Quest has done that. I encourage anybody that is looking to get back in to shape and need some help to come and join my club, you wont be dissapointed in your results.

I really enjoyed my experience with Vision Quest in Auburn. They have great customer service. The gym itself is very beautiful inside with lots of equipment to use. The staff there is very friendly and helpful and the rates that they offer are very reasonable. I like the fact that they have another location now in Kent and that I am able to use both of them at any time. I would highly recomend this club to anyone who is interested in getting to their weight loss goals.

This is not a good gym. I love the 24hour aspect. But for the price of the membership, there ought to be a pool, or enough machines to not have to wait around on weekday afternoons. The staff (and trainers especially) are very rude and disinterested in anything but making their commissions. I recently quit because the experience was so terrible. It was nice having a 24hour gym in the city I live in, but they are so rude and unhelpful every time I come in, and it's next to impossible to get a decent workout in any kind of reasonable time frame because they're too cheap to buy additional equipment. I simply couldn't justify the cost of the membership anymore. All the management and employees want is to maximize their own money, they don't care about the clientele at all.

Pros: Open 24hours/day

Cons: Terrible customer service, rude staff, all about the money, totally disinterested in clients' fitness goals after day 1

It is about time that a club in this area ACTUALLY cared about their members. I have been a member of other clubs in the past and walking into Vision Quest was the best thing I ever did! The manager came out of his office to personally greet me when I walked through the door for the first time. I feel that they truley care about me and helping me meet my goals. I have been a stay at home mom for 10 years and did not realize how much I have gained in the past years. I sat down with one of the personal trainers for a very long time going over my meal plan and excercise program, they took their time with me and I really appreciated that. I wasn't just another client to them, they really do care about me and helping me achieve my results. I was a size 18 and now have just reached a size 10 and the amazing trainers are helping me get to my goal of a 6!!! Also, having everything under one roof is amazing! Not only do you get the protein shakes from the cafe, but they have physical therapy, chiropratic , massage, a hair salon and tanning beds! You really get it all in one place! Thank you Vision Quest for all you do for me and others in the community!

Pros: friendly service, they know me by name, 24 hours a day
