I am also fair skinned, but have been getting great tans from the Bronze Bar staff. Be sure to discuss how dark you want to go or the occasion you are getting tanned for. They can do straight solution, half dark and half clear or all clear. For fair skin I recommend the half and half or clear for the best results and ask for a lighter spray touch! Be sure to moisturize every day after it is applied to help it last for a good 4-5 days. If you find a flaw the next day, call they always try to fit you in for a quick fix - no process is perfect! It beats risking skin cancer to have a healthy glow!

I have gotten several spray on tans before and this was the worst one to date! The service was good, but the product was not. I have fair skin and they said "Our professional airbrush technicians provide a customized sunless tanning experience suitable for even the fairest of skin tones" it's a bunch of lies. Its all the same solution used on fair and dark skin which doesn't work for fair skinned people! Plus the application was uneven and she missed spots on me! And it is peeling off! I don't know about you but 2 days after the application, it should not be peeling off! So beware if you choose to go here.

I finally went to The Bronze Bar today highly anticipating my first custom airbrush tanning experience. I wasn't aware that this was something that people did until I saw that Sunset Tan show on E! I was a little skeptical, even a little scared, because the only spray tanning I've ever had was the Mystic Tan. My Mystic Tan experiences have never been good... it's always turned out wrong somewhere on my body. While it's only been 7 hours since I went and saw Deana, I already have an amazing tan on me. It's supposed to get even darker by the morning. I highly recommend it! She really took the time to explain to me what was going to happen. She was very attentive to spraying every inch of my body... also, being un-clothed in front of a stranger can be feel strange, but she made the experience very comfortable. She said that if I followed really good instructions, I can make my tan last up to two weeks. I just went and bought the moisturizer she recommended, Nivea Sun-Kissed Moisturizer, and will start using it in a couple of days to keep my tan glowing. Please go try her out to see what all the other Citysearch reviewers have been raving about. :-) I'm now a firm believer in airbrush tanning.

Pros: Professional, Attentive, Fantastic Results! Exactly what all those beauty mags are raving about.

Cons: The normal downtown Seattle parking on a Sat. afternoon... Location can be easy to miss.

I have been going to Deana at the Bronze Bar for several years. Honestly, nobody tans you like they do! The color is fabulous and I never have an drips, stains or blotchiness and believe me, I am as picky as they come! They are busy but I always get a time that works! It looks WAY better than laying in the sun anyway and so much better for you! I can't say enough nice things...I used to work at a spa where we did airbrushing and still went to Deana. I send a lof of my patients, friends etc and everyone loves it.

I had shockingly believable color. I recently moved to Seattle from Dallas, and expected the search for airbrushing (good airbrushing) to be daunting.. I found this place on citysearch-easy . This was better color than the salon in Dallas I have been going to for the last 2 years. Great place, amazing tan!

Pros: quick, beautiful, and affordable

Cons: parking was a bit of a challenge

This place was recommended to me by my dermatologist. After years of tanning (damaging) my skin she suggested I give this place a try. With great trepidation ( getting buck in front of someone I don't know is immensely nerve racking) I booked an appointment. The process was so quick I really didn't have time to think about the cellulite this poor person had to be exposed to. In the end it didn't matter, my color was so perfect this place will be seeing alot more of my orange peel!

I love the branze bar! Although it is hard to get an appointment before lets say Halloween, if you leave a message they will fit you in! The gals that work there are amazing! I felt SO comfortable and relaxed. The tan stayed way longer than I expected and it looked bronzed not orange! So try it out and look like you just got back from the Bahamas!

I have been airbrushed before, but it was somewhat orange and streaky. This place is absolutely fabulous. This is my second day with the color and it looks great. I am going to give up on tanning beds and continue to come here!!
