Above and Beyond Service. I have two daughters both getting married this year. We had no idea what we needed. We talked to several companies but ended up going with R&R Party Rentals because they did not pressure us and they even came out to our house and did an inspection to make sure everything would work out. We have booked both our wedding rental needs with this company and will use them for any other events we have.

Terrible serveice. The people are terribly rude! I've worked with, I belive, all rental companies in the seattle are. The Bellevue R&R store is the WORST!!!! Close my account please and thank you.... I would glady give my buisness to AA, aabey, or Pederson's.

Excellent Rental Company. I work with them alot from small events where I just need dishes and flatware and linens up to large scale events. They are very helpful and always suggest the things I might need for my event in case I forget something. I highly reccomend them and there prices are excellent

a great place for rentals. We have used R and R for over 10 events. I have found the staff to be friendly and helpful. I just read a review about the damage waiver. The last time I rented on 3/20/09 they reminded me to bring back any broken pieces if there was damage. Sometimes you're in a hurry and don't read the fine print or hear the details, but that not the fault of the company.

Never had a problem and the staff is great.

Disappointed in the end. We had a party and I ordered over $250 worth of stuff from R&R. Harold was very helpful, suggested other items that might "make the party better". We had WAY too many glasses and plates, but that's another story...

My biggest gripe is that Harold suggested we buy the "damage waiver" - which to me means if you break something you are covered - but which, in reality means READ THE FINE PRINT.

We broke one (1) glass on the evening of the party. In caring for our guests, we cleaned up the broken fragments (the wine glass shattered) and we threw the pieces in the trash. Our concern was to get it cleaned up so nobody got hurt.

Well, wouldn't you know, when I returned the items on Monday and told them I had broken a glass, they asked "did you return the broken pieces?". I said "No, why would I? Isn't that a liability for you in case someone gets hurt?". The reply: "Oh no, you have to return the broken pieces in order for the damage waiver to cover it. We have to be sure you weren't trying to steal our stuff!"

WTH?!!!! So, we were charged $5.08 for the freakin' glass. Now, it's not the amount of the charge, it's the principle behind it. Like... I already own REIDEL glasses (which is why we rented some instead of risking them at a party) and we get ripped off by this place. It's crazy!

So, renter beware - they will nickel and dime you. BE SURE TO READ THE FINE PRINT IN YOUR CONTRACT!

R&R is a Top Notch Company!. I have used R&R for years and have never had a problem with their service or equipment. They are very good at what they do. They almost always have what I need and if they don't, they usually find it for me or suggest something similar. If you are throwing a party and need anything I would recommend calling R&R.

Sub par customer service. There are great rental companies out there who go the extra mile and really get customer service. This is not one of them. Substituted original order -and not willing to make any accomodations when I called to complain. Offer was for me to pay more money to rent additional equipment and pick up myself. Stated that I had to be wrong as they were well trained and knew their inventory.
