Great Massages as Always!

I have been a client of Nicole's for years. She is a fantastic massage therapist and an inspiring person. I know for a fact that if anyone had a problem she would make it right. I have sent my husband to her, my sister in law, and several friends. We all think that she is the best! I would highly recommend anyone to try her or her spa.

Be careful of spending your money here

I went to this spa for about 6 months to receive Synergie facial treatments. I purchased a package of six treatments and, when I was unable to return for a bit, later called only to find that the owner claimed I had only half as many treatments according to her memory. It also took me about five phone calls before I was able to receive a return call and now that she disagrees with my count, I have been unable to receive any other communication. The service was decent but inconsistent. Please be careful of spending your hard earned money here.

• Cons: Inconsistent service, poor bookkeeping, resistant to refunds

Spa is Great, Always Wonderful Massages

I have been getting massages here for a year and I have never had any problems getting an appointment. It sounds like someone was having a bad day. I see Nicole and when she was out for a personal leave I saw Vera. I use my insurance too and have always had a great eperience!

Boutique Spa in Bellevue with great service

Best Massage and was Covered my insurance

I recently had a massage with Vera from Herban Therapies and it was great. The even better part was that it only cost me $10 which was only my co-pay. Apparently my massage is covered by my insurance for 45 visits. I think everyone and anyone needs to check this place out and find out if your massage can be covered. Because let me tell you I now no longer suffer from migraine head aches. Thank you so much insurance and thank you Vera.

Best Couples Massage!

I surprised my wife with a very romantic couples' massage here at Herban Therapies Spa. She was very surprised and the best part was how they went above and beyond to make sure my wife had an exceptional time. This was are second time doing this, but our first time here. We felt that by going to a smaller more boutique spa that we got more 100% attention and service. We will be back next year for our next anniversary. Thank you for making our special day so extra special.

I heard about this massage place from a co-worker and I am very happy with them. They are a small massage center where you feel like your the only one being doted on. It is very nice. A blond gal gave me my massage and she is very nice and has great hands. Thank you.

I had a great massage!

I do not know what this last person is talking about. I have had a few massages by Nicole also and I have to say she is the kindest most understanding person. She is very open about herself but she does not just talk to talk during your massage. She actualy makes that very clear in the beginning that the hour is your hour if you want to lay and be quiet then that is what you will get. In fact I don't even know if that reveiw is true she doesn't take new clients right now because she is cutting back her hours. So people please give me a break and leave Nicole alone! I really think someone is out to get her!
